In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF (XOP) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.4% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Halcon Resources (HK), up about 15.2% and shares of Magnum Hunter Resources (MHR), up about 14.2% on the day.
